This festival is on Saturday at the Steiner school in Ann Arbor. It includes learning how to build a residential-scale greenhouse, making your own seitan, preserving and canning your harvest, growing oyster mushrooms on coffee grounds, winterizing your commute (i.e. bicycling), urban chicken coops, and lots, lots more.
